I have officially used my treadmill for 30 minutes every other day for two weeks. For me that is a pretty big accomplishment I must say! I am rather proud of myself. I think next week I may bump my walk 2 minutes, run 3 minutes to running 3.5 minutes - I'm not sure yet, I may do another week of the 2 and 3. Todays run came out a bit weird on my Nike+ I thought it would have looked more up down up down up down, not really sure if it didn't get a proper read for the whole thing or what but hey at least I did it and this was my longest distance yet - go me! Seriously, Lance Armstrong came on my iPod and told me so! And if you can't believe Lance Armstrong....
I sneaked a peak at the scale this morning and it says I would be down 2.5lbs compared to when I weighed in this past Tuesday which makes me happy except this does happen then when Tuesdays roll around it's like... nada. LOL. I'm pretty sure my scale has got my number on it and is on the fast track to my mental downfall. ;)
This past week has not been a week of the best food choices but I hope to get back up on the saddle and keep that going!

thanks you two! some days I get up and I *REALLY* don't want to do it, but I do and when I'm done I'm always glad I did.
