Two in a row....

I did it, two nites in a row on the treadmill.... I am waiting for my Nike+ sensor holder to come in the mail so in the meantime I have it tucked into the top of my shoe and it fell out while I was walking (note the dead spot on the graph) so I taped it in, and I don't think it sent the signal right as it looks like I only ran at the end where I actually ran every few minutes (run a minute, walk a few, rinse repeat).. so I think until I get the propor sensor holder it will be trial and error but at least I did it!!

9 weeks post-op: -28 lbs total. Minus a grand total of 5.5 inches from my total measurements since surgery.
8 weeks post-op: -27 lbs total! Woo back on the band-wagon.
6 weeks post-op: -22 lbs total - yah that's right I gained 3.5 lbs
4 weeks and 2 days post-op: -25.5 lbs total!
3 weeks post-op: -22.5 lbs total (includes 5 lbs from pre-surgery diet)
