WHY is it sooo darned hard to drink 64 oz's of water in a day. I STILL continue to struggle to get that in - heck if I even got in 1/2 of that I'd be surprised. And it's not that I am chosing to supplement it with other drinks a lot instead. I just don't drink a lot I guess. Even on days that I go to Curves I do not seem to really be consuming that much more water. I have a big Starbucks water bottle that holds 32 oz and I tell myself I should drink one of those water's by lunch time and when noon rolls around I probably haven't even cracked it open. Example: it's currently almost 2:30pm and here it sits on my desk empty waiting for me to fill it up from the water cooler. Hmmmm. GRRR.
