So I Lied

I didn't do the protein shakes and salad thing only because well too hard to stick with then not binge later so I've just been trying to eat better. 


I am up .5 lb this week and am not sure what to think of that especially considering I weighed myself yesterday and it was down like 2.5 but that wasn't weigh day so it doesn't count. Oh well, I'm not going to sweat it.

I had a chance to do the PARE as a practice for my RCMP application on Saturday and need to shave off 90secs before I do it for real so that will be my goal to work on this next month. I'm going to focus on cardio and stairs during that time. Just having my morning Chai Tea Latte (love my Tassimo machine!) then I'll get some food in me and plan to head to the gym about an hour after that! 

It feels like I've lived on this plateau for ever and I'm ready for a change of scenery! Let's hope that happens soon. My birthday is a month away from today so maybe that will be a nice birthday present. But with all that I cannot believe I am wearing a size 18/20 bottom and 16/18 top. That is an awesome feeling to be there from the 26/28 I was in before. 

Not only has my size changed but my confidence level as well. Things I would not have ever imagined wearing I will wear now and even though I know I still have a ways to go, I can do it and be comfortable. Ie: The dress at Christmas, tank tops with spaghetti straps or completely strapless and I'm comfortable in them. Who knew!! :D

Today is sunny and amazing out, I will go to the gym then come home and bake myself outside in the sun for a bit I think.
