It's been a while since I have done a couple of things...
Firstly, it has been a while since I have blogged regularily and I apologize for my tardiness in blogging! I am going through some stuff in my personal life right now (not band related) that has me with my mind elsewhere. I will try to start blogging again more regularily soon, I promise!
Secondly, it has been a while since I have gotten my @$$ on the treadmill. Since getting back from Florida I have not been on the treadmill yet but I do promise to resume soon, no excuses. However, since stopping exercising the weight seems to be dropping off... coincidence? Hmmm. lol.
So today is Tuesday and I am not minding Tuesdays so much these days. I had a fill on Friday and he added .2cc more to where I was at before so I believe that puts me up to 7.2 cc's in total. I do seem to notice a bit of a difference but of course it is still early post-fill so we will see where that takes me. My next appt is scheduled a little bit farther out this time (October 9) just due to some scheduling conflicts between him and I. I did however get on the scale this morning since it is Tuesday (as I mentioned and I'm sure you all know) and I lost 5lbs last week! Yay me. I am starting to notice that some of my clothes (specifically pants) that I bought that were a bit tight as a size 24 are starting to feel a bit loose, so it may be a matter of time before I am looking into size 22 pants. :) :)

Yah Mackenzie looks like I am a stranger but she's actually looking at my outstretched arm holding my cell phone trying to take the picture. I couldn't get her to stop looking at my arm.
