In the crazy-busyness that was this past couple of weeks I haven't had much time to post.
As mentioned I went to Florida and some how managed to lose 5.5 lbs while I was there! Go me! I was quite excited about that. That 5.5 lbs brought me to a total of 50lbs lost! My first major milestone. It is definitely just the start of this journey but I am on my way! After losing 5.5 lbs last week I thought this week I may go up a bit however when I got on the scale this morning, down 1 lb!
I haven't ran at all this week or last week. I plan to get back into it very soon. On the weekend when we were on Vancouver Island we went on a little hike that has made my calves VERY VERY sore and walking not so fun but I will get back on that treadmill soon. (Funny how I lose 6.5 lbs in total when I stop using it.... )
As for restriction, my last fill has done a bit but I don't know if it is quite where I want to be yet. I have another fill appointment this Friday where I will discuss with him what he thinks about it and possibly get another small fill and hopefully be at my "sweet spot".
